    Plantarium Limited provides the following services:

    • In-person and/or online workshops;
    • Gift cards redeemable against workshops;
    • Corporate rental and event services.

    3. Workshops

    Workshops must be booked in advance via our Site or agreed booking channels. Availability is subject to capacity and scheduling.

    We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date or a refund where applicable.

    4. Gift Cards

    Gift cards can be purchased through our Site and are redeemable against all Platarium services and products.

    • Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
    • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • Gift cards must be used in full or in part before expiry.
    • Expired gift cards cannot be extended or reactivated.

    5. Corporate Rental Services

    Corporate rental services are provided subject to availability and confirmation via written agreement or email.

    Pricing, duration, setup requirements, cancellation terms, and liability provisions may vary depending on the nature of the booking and will be communicated prior to confirmation.

    Clients are responsible for ensuring proper use of rented items and may be held liable for damage, loss, or misuse.

    6. Pricing and Payments

    All prices are listed in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes unless specified.

    Payment must be completed at the time of booking or purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors or payment issues.

    7. Cancellations and Refunds

    Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the service purchased.

    • Workshop cancellations may be subject to notice periods.
    • Gift cards are non-refundable.
    • Corporate services cancellation terms will be agreed in writing.

    8. Consumer Rights

    Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under Irish or EU consumer protection law.
