We collect: name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, payment metadata (last 4 digits only), booking details, corporate enquiry data, photos/videos from workshops (with consent), cookies, and IP addresses.
We use data to manage bookings and payments (contract), communicate service details (legitimate interest), provide corporate services (contract), comply with legal obligations, and handle inquiries. Photos/videos are used for marketing only with explicit consent.
We share data with: • Payment processors (Stripe, Revolut, Shift4) • Email/contact systems (CompuSupport) • Analytics providers (Google Analytics) • Accounting/CRM systems (Sage) We do not sell or rent data. Transfers outside EEA only occur with GDPR-compliant providers.
Booking data is kept for 3 months after service completion. Corporate client data may be retained for 1 year after service ends. Accounting records are retained for 6 years in line with Irish tax law.

We do not knowingly collect data from children. Where participants are under 18, parental/guardian consent is required for participation and media usage.

We use SSL encryption, secure hosting, and access controls. Only authorized staff and system administrators can access personal data.
