Please read these terms carefully before using Plantarium services, booking workshops, purchasing gift cards, or submitting website forms.
These Terms are governed by Irish law and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
By booking or using our services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
All workshop and service payments must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept payment by credit/debit card (processed via Stripe, Revolut or similar), bank transfer, or cash (for in-person payments). Corporate clients may pay by invoice via bank transfer. Prices are confirmed at booking and will not be increased afterwards. As Plantarium is not VAT-registered, quoted prices do not include VAT.
We reserve the right to update our services or pricing, but any changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
Bookings are confirmed upon full payment. If payment is not received 7 days before the workshop, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. If payment fails or is late, customers should contact Plantarium immediately at patricia@plantarium.ie to arrange payment.
Participants must be at least 18 years old. Children may attend only if accompanied by and supervised by an adult. On-site workshops at Plantarium require 2–10 participants; corporate/mobile events require a minimum of 10. Customers may bring guests only if they have booked and paid for those guests.
Workshops run 1.5 - 2 hours. Participants should arrive on time; a late arrival beyond 15 minutes may forfeit the class entry (remaining participants still proceed). No refund will be given for late arrivals beyond 15 minutes.
Plantarium may cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, low numbers, venue or supply issues). If we cancel, you will be notified at least 5 days in advance and offered a choice of an alternative date or a full refund.
Except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, Plantarium’s total liability is limited to the price paid for the services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
All content on the website (text, images, logos) is owned by Plantarium. You may not reproduce or use our content without permission.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.
By using this site, you agree to receive communications from Plantarium by email or phone regarding your booking.
Full refunds are available if you cancel more than 4 weeks (28 days) before the workshop date. If you cancel between 2 and 4 weeks before, we refund 50% of the fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event (including no-shows) receive no refund. Customers can reschedule once (at no extra charge) if done at least 1 week (7 days) before the event.
Bookings are transferable. If you need to change the person attending, please notify us by email at office@plantarium.ie in advance.
We allow one reschedule per booking up to 7 days before the original date. Reschedules within 48 hours or more than one reschedule will be treated as cancellations (subject to above refund rules).
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Stripe/bank transfer). Please allow 14 days for processing. Any transaction fees charged by Stripe or banks will not be refunded by Plantarium.
If you do not show up for a workshop, we will not provide a refund or credit.
If we cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund or a free alternative date. Plantarium is not responsible for any other costs (travel, accommodation, etc.) incurred due to cancellation.
Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
Gift Cards can be issued digitally (sent via email) or physically (paper card, available for purchase at workshops or by mail – shipping fees may apply).
Gift Cards can be used to pay for any Plantarium service or product. You can use part of a Gift Card balance over multiple purchases.
Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded for cash. They are non-exchangeable for cash.
Lost or stolen Gift Cards can be replaced if you provide proof of purchase and the card number.
